  • Next, your blood testing is scheduled near the closest location to an address provided by you. (Please, know that this step is taken ONLY after full payment is received, please ask about payment plans if interested).
  • After I receive your result, personalized nutritional plan is created- this process takes about 1-2 days.
  • We meet for our session (virtually or in person) by this time you have most likely received a package from me with a cleansing product. All four phases are explained and we go over your personal nutritional plan.
  • You can start your 2 day cleanse and after proceed with Phase 1.
  • We meet 4 more times over the course of 3 months.
