How long does the program last? Program is divided into 4 Phases
Phase 1 Preparation (Two days): “Relaxes” metabolism; your body is prepared for nutritional conversion; helps to avoid binge eating.
Phase 2 Conversion (Two weeks or more): This is where your body gets adjusted to its new eating habits, following your personalized meal plan. In this phase you retrain your metabolism, and as a result you experience positive changes, including noticeable weight loss, but more importantly you’ll see an improvement in your mental health and overall wellbeing!
Phase 3 Relaxed Conversion (Individual time frame): Metabolism is stabilized, health and weight goals are attained; gradually add in new foods and larger quantities of food. You will stay on this phase until you reach your health goal
Phases 4 Maintenance: Normal daily life, adhering to the 8 Rules, allowing for long-term preservation of health and weight goals. Following the core principles of the program has become second nature to you. As a result, you’re now on the road to long term success.

Health Coaching 1:1
Health Coaching plays a very important role in medicine today helping clients achieve healthier lifestyles in order to prevent illness. The health coach, rather than simply prescribing a medicine or recommending a surgical procedures to repair a “breakdown” in the human body, endeavors to work with clients to help them understand the causes behind their medical issues, and correct or lessen them before they become major problems. If I can lessen the need for prescription medications, debilitating, expensive surgery and dependence on traditional medicine, then I have done my job. It’s not that I work against traditional healthcare providers. I like to think I work WITH them, making their jobs easier by educating their patients, and guiding them to make better lifestyle choices that lead to healthier outcomes.
